Fall Is Life [Adore Me Flat Lay]

fullsizerender-24I was recently contacted by Adore Me and was asked to create a fall-inspired flat lay so I thought this was perfect timing to incorporate some fall favorites, including how to style the ever-popular lace bralette.fullsizerender-21Adore Me is a lingerie company that offers a wide variety of unique lingerie in a wide range of sizes, including a plus size line.  Adore Me is constantly updating their collections and adding new designs to the mix.  For more fall-inspired flat lays or general lingerie inspiration, check out the Adore Me Pinterest and Instagram accounts.

I’m fully on the bralette bandwagon!  I can definitely get used to the comfort that comes with a lack of underwire.  The triangle styles acts and feels more like a traditional bra but here are several different styles for everyone’s taste.

Red plaid, lace bralette, dark lip–officially fall crazed…check!fullsizerender-23Nothing screams FALL like a dark berry-brown lipstick.  I go through a rotation of berry shades but right now, NYX Liquid Suede in “Vintage” is a fall favorite.

I guess I’m picky when it comes to choosing a perfume or cologne, therefore I don’t rotate scents that often.  My favorite right now is Blackberry & Bay by Jo Malone; I’ve been using it for quite a while and am still in love with the fresh scent. fullsizerender-22While I love reading all the damn time, my desire to reading is enhanced during the colder months.  I would choose to wrap my self in a cozy blanket with a book in hand anyway over doing anything else.  I didn’t start reading for enjoyment until after my freshmen year of high school and “A Tree Grows In Brooklyn” is one of the books that had converted me into a book worm–it remains one of my favorites.  fullsizerender-21-copyNo better way to accessorize for fall than to add a pumpkin to the mix.  I bought this marbled pumpkin at my local Target for $3!
