If you’ve been following my posts from the winter, you’d know that if plaid was considered a color, it’d be my favorite.  It’s been ages since the last time I’ve featured plaid on the blog but the drought ends today (temporarily anyway).  While plaid is most popular during the colder months, it has made a smooth transition this summer season…thank you Old Navy!  I was beyond excited when I first laid eyes on these shorts and to my surprise when I was ready to purchase, they were actually ON SALE.  It’s safe to say these were my favorite shorts this season and not only because they are plaid: they are also extremely comfortable because of the semi-elastic waist and are also made of a light linen material.  10/10 recommend, plus they are currently on sale.
