I don’t typically gravitate toward anything with ruffles but this top has become an exception and maybe even slowly paving the way for more ruffled clothing.  I love that the top is loose-fitting for a more comfortable wear and has pronounced ruffles at the elbow–it makes for a more unique sleeve.  It gets better, it was also on sale (in-store)!  The top is from the Who What Wear collection at Target; the entire collection is made up of sophisticated chic items, I love everything about it!

On to the accessory of the day! Today’s bag was bought at the Kate Spade outlet in Phoenix for an amazing $99.  I had also mentioned this in a previous post, but the handbag from my last post and this current one were also part of the Kate Spade “surprise” sale; the deals Kate Spade offers during those limited sales are spectacular–can’t wait for the next one, I need a new cross body bag.
